Terms & Conditions

Order Placement & Deposits

  • All orders must be placed through official channels (online form, email, or in-person consultation).
  • A deposit is required before any production begins.
    • Orders under $200: 25% deposit.

    • Orders $200 and above: 50% deposit.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to delivery or pickup, unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Payment Terms

  • We accept credit card, ACH, Zelle, and approved business checks.
  • Net 30 terms are available for approved accounts only.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees, delayed production, or suspension of services.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled prior to production only.
  • Once production has begun (including any file prep, digitizing, artwork, or sourcing), deposits are non-refundable.

 

Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days after artwork approval and deposit.
  • Rush orders may be accommodated depending on schedule availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Delays due to client artwork changes, incomplete information, or garment sourcing will impact delivery timelines.

 

Artwork & Design Files

  • All artwork provided by client must be production-ready.
  • Design file cleanup, digitizing, or edits may incur additional fees.
  • New Angeles Dreams retains the right to refuse any artwork that violates copyright laws or is deemed offensive.
  • Client is responsible for securing usage rights for any supplied artwork.

 

Live Activations (On-Site Events)

  • Event bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date.
  • Final payment due prior to event start.
  • Any event canceled within 10 business days of scheduled date may be subject to full payment depending on costs already incurred.
  • Client is responsible for providing appropriate event space, access, and power for equipment.

 

Garment Disclaimer

  • New Angeles Dreams is not responsible for manufacturer defects or inconsistencies in customer-supplied garments.
  • For customer-supplied items, all embroidery or printing is done at the customer’s own risk.

Liability

  • New Angeles Dreams is not liable for loss or damages due to shipping carrier delays, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Client assumes responsibility for providing accurate order information at the time of placement.

 

Ownership of Work

  • All design work and production files created by New Angeles Dreams remain property of New Angeles Dreams unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Digitized embroidery files are for internal use only unless released to the client upon request and agreed fee.

 

Disputes

  • Any disputes or claims shall be governed under California law.
  • All communication regarding disputes must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods or service.
